FormulaX is a performance-oriented team simulation in which you can train these skills. The simulation enables you to consciously recognize where your optimization potential lies as an individual and as a team. About the method and its implementation
The FormulaX method is inspired by the perfectly staged pit stops in Formula 1 races. It has been in existence since 1999 and has already been used by numerous companies with great success. The method is based on playful and competitive exercises. In the concluding discussion, you will receive valuable tips on how you can implement the knowledge and experience gained in your everyday (working) life.
