Off to the fire department relay
The extinguishing enthusiasts meet at Brunnenplatz, in the middle of the historic country town of Huttwil. This is where you will get your first extinguishing mission (through the throat) and learn all sorts of interesting facts about Huttwil and the town fire of 1834.
With the antique, horse-drawn fire engine and the vintage fire engine "Packard", we take you to the museum of the artillery association for a guided tour lasting around half an hour.
Afterwards you will continue to the second fire-fighting exercise, a relay, where you will perform a sporty and amusing fire-fighting mission. It is advisable to bring a change of clothes.
At the end of the tour, you will stop for lunch in a cozy restaurant in Huttwil.
