Training modules
Leadership training: In order for the new standards of conduct to be applied, superiors must internalise the learning content in advance and set a good example.
Staff training: Depending on the size of the company and its needs, training can be divided into larger or smaller groups or individual coaching sessions.
Training procedure
First, the experts assess the training needs. This is done by talking to superiors and employees, using mystery tests, employee and customer surveys, and their own observations at the workplace. The coaches then develop a training concept with detailed learning objectives.
Trainer
Three experienced sales practitioners work with you and your employees to develop feasible sales and service processes. To ensure that what has been learned has a long-term effect, learning transfers with target agreements are ensured and mutual obligations are created by forming learning partnerships.
