More than grilling - learn real outdoor cooking
Let the barbecue expert initiate you into the secrets of outdoor cooking. He shows you how it works and what really matters. How to marinate in a refined way, grill perfectly and serve appetizingly. With the Smokey-Mountain Cooker the preparation of smoked trout from the Rubigenhof will be practiced together and the result will be tasted directly from the smoker. The goal is to grill in a relaxed and enjoyable way and become a confident grill master.
Premium course with the team building character
The course is designed to prepare part of the large barbecue menu together in small groups. An interactive, varied course in a dignified, urban ambience offers the ideal platform for conversations and informal exchange with business partners or your own team. This course has level and is also interesting for vegetarians, because a good grill master always has one or more meat alternatives to choose from.
The grills and the location
For the barbecue courses, among other things, a Weber Genesis II, a Smokey Mountain Cooker and a Bösch Asado Grill are used. In good weather, the entire course can also be held on the roof terrace. The location is easily accessible by public transport and offers a great view of Bern's west with its urban character.
