You will learn how to use the fermentation process to preserve seasonal vegetables so that they remain edible for months. An event that is fun for your team, family or friends and provides you and your group with useful knowledge.
Natural fermentation
Fermentation has been known for thousands of years. Food is preserved through a natural fermentation process. Common fermented products include yogurt, cheese and sauerkraut.
This method of preserving food does not require any artificial preservatives and therefore fits in with a healthy lifestyle. Especially in the colder months of the year, fermented vegetables are a good way to eat a healthy diet rich in vitamins.
Course location of your choice
The course locations for the workshop are in Zurich or Winterthur. It is also possible to hold the workshop at a location of your choice - be it in your company or at an external venue.
