Learn all about mushroom picking
Roaming through autumnal forests, picking mushrooms and processing them into delicious dishes or drying them for the pantry at home - if you and your group have always wanted to try this out, this course is for you. You won't be picking mushrooms here, but your mushroom expert will explain to you exactly how you too can become a successful "mushroom picker".
You'll find out what a typical mushroom foraging site looks like - so you're guaranteed not to miss it on your next walk through the woods. You will also learn how to recognize and distinguish between the different types of mushrooms. The mushroom expert will also inform you about closed seasons and mushroom inspection points.
Grow your own mushrooms
But it's not just theory that awaits you - you will also get hands-on when it comes to growing your own mushrooms. Under expert guidance, you will grow your own small mushroom crop, which you can take home with you after the course.
Course locations in Zurich or Winterthur are available for the workshop. On request, the course can also be held at a location of your choice, either in your company or at an external venue.
