Guided tour of the distillery
After your arrival and a welcome from the team, the first item on the program is a guided tour of the distillery (from the age of 18). You will learn how the spent grain sausages are prepared and what needs to be taken into account. In the "Schnapslädeli", which is integrated into the distillery, you will have the opportunity to taste the distillates produced on site or, if you wish, enjoy a delicious aperitif before dinner. A cheese platter with specialties from the local cheese dairy is served.
Time to enjoy
Afterwards you will be served freshly prepared Treber sausage with homemade potato salad and bread in the "Stübli", accompanied by a glass of Marc. A cheese platter with potato salad and bread is served as a vegetarian option. The meal is rounded off with a delicious glacé dessert.
