Fun in the kitchen

Cooking together is a unifying experience. It promotes team spirit, creativity and communication. In this workshop, you will try your hand at vegan cooking. Whether raw food, everyday or gourmet cuisine, whether for a health promotion lunch, a relaxed afternoon in the kitchen or an end-of-year dinner: The focus is on spontaneity and fun, with lots of improvisation and laughter. In addition to cooking, preparing, arranging, decorating and, of course, enjoying together, you will learn valuable nutritional facts, recipes and tips and tricks for everyday life. You can cook in your own home, in the workshop leader's cooking studio, outdoors or at another suitable location. You can look forward to an instructive and enjoyable cooking course.


This is how the cooking event could go

  • The basics of vegan cuisine
    Why is a vegan diet healthy? What are the most important ingredients in vegan cuisine? How can you "veganize" familiar dishes in a simple and healthy way? Make your own vegan cheese and create delicious sauces, starters and about one dish per person present.

  • Speed Kitchen
    In this dynamic cooking course, you will cook different dishes hand in hand. The clock tells you when to move on to the next station. A little improvisation is required, as the recipe status is not always clear. But don't worry, the workshop leader always knows what to do.

  • Intuitive and creative in everyday life
    Who has the time and inclination to cook from recipes every day? No problem: if you know the basic flavor nuances and know how to combine them cleverly, you don't need recipes. In this course, you will learn how to prepare delicious dishes simply and efficiently.

  • Kitchen Battle
    Action and fun are guaranteed in the "battle of the wooden spoons". You compete in teams to cook, judged on recipe interpretation, seasoning and creative presentation. Also popular for stag and hen parties!

    From Mexico to Spanish tapas to curries from Sri Lanka, your favorite cuisine will be our motto. Courses with a typically Swiss or cross-country theme are also possible

    From delicious dips, French dressing and Ceasar dressing to homemade mayonnaise and BBQ marinades, you will learn everything you need to know about sauces to add a special touch to meat substitutes, vegetables or salads.

  • Vegan alternatives to cheese, cream and meat
    Did you know that you can bake gratins with yeast melts? Discover almond butter, cashew butter, oat cream etc. for cream-like sauces. And find out what delicious dishes you can conjure up with seitan, sliced peas, dinki and jackfruit.

  • The workshop leader...

    ...is a passionate, motivated and optimistic cook whose heart beats for animals and the environment. She trained in the USA and Switzerland as a raw food and vegan chef and as a health and nutrition consultant. As a leader of vegan workshops, she advocates a conscious, sustainable lifestyle and would like to motivate other people to eat vegan food more often, thereby saving lives and reducing suffering.
