Out and about in the diverse natural surroundings, you will get to know the wild plants and learn which native plants can enrich our food. Under expert guidance, you will be inspired by the seasonal offerings in the woods and meadows and pick the edible wild plants with the necessary respect and an anticipatory growl in your stomach. While foamy herbs, goutweed or nettles provide a strong aroma in the pan in spring, the many colorful flowers give your dishes that certain something. Mother Nature's autumnal offerings include ribwort plantain and silver fir and, with a bit of luck, a few decorative flowers and berries for the passionate forager.

After hunting for plants in the wild, work together as a team to process the nutrient-rich leaves, herbs and flowers into a particularly wild four-course meal. How about an aromatic mixture of wild plants on crispy crostini, for example? Or a creamy risotto with ribwort plantain, accompanied by crispy nettle potato chips? The sweet crêpes with nettles and elderberries will delight you with the variety of flavors and the extraordinary aroma of local wild plant cuisine.
The event usually takes place in Schwyz. However, if you have suitable premises with a kitchen, nothing stands in the way of this nature-loving event in your area.
