Good for body and mind
This workshop offers participants the opportunity to reflect on their own behavior in a challenging situation and learn to consciously control their behavior. This experience not only brings fresh team spirit to your group, but also strengthens the immune system and physical and mental resilience.
The procedure
The workshop begins with an interactive and entertaining way of finding out how participants feel about cold and breathing. This is followed by an introduction to the topics of cold, breathing and mindset and how these areas interact. The dip in the cold water is preceded by relaxation or breathing exercises according to ice bathing pioneer Wim Hof. Finally, the participants enter the water - always under the supervision of the workshop leader.
After the bath, the participants warm up and receive tips on how they can integrate the exercises into their everyday lives. Participation in the exercises is always voluntary - for example, it is possible to immerse only hands or feet in ice water.
The lecturer
The workshop leader is a breathing and cold trainer and certified Wim Hof instructor. In addition to team workshops, she offers public courses and individual training sessions and trains breathing coaches.
