Round, sweet and tasty
For those who like sweets, there is hardly anything better than fresh chocolates. In this workshop you will make 35 chocolates and truffles yourself. From the filling to the decoration, there are different ways to create the delicacies and create unique creations. Your loved ones at home and your colleagues in the office will certainly enjoy your sweet souvenirs!
Filling, sealing and decorating
After a short introduction to the world of chocolate, you will get down to work. The pralines are first filled with various ingredients and later sealed with liquid chocolate. You can choose for example champagne, caramel or hazelnuts as filling. Then you decorate and garnish to your heart's content, for example with rose petals, nuts, dried fruit or fleur de sel. The truffles are separately soaked in chocolate again and covered with different coloured chocolate shavings.
Packaging, recipe book and aperitif
All pralines are nobly packed at the end and can be taken home or to the company as a sweet souvenir. You will also receive a recipe book so that you can later prepare the creations on your own. Perhaps you would like to enjoy a salty aperitif to round off the day? Let us put together a tailor-made programme for you.
