Experience cheese production up close
The production of cheese is an ancient art. In today's high-tech dairy industry, you usually only see the finished product. Seize the unique opportunity and make a cheese in the old tradition together with a cheesemaker. The production of a spicy semi-hard cheese takes two and a half to three hours.
Like in the old days
The cheese is prepared in a large cauldron over an open fire outside, just like in Alpöhi's times. Where the traditional event is to take place is up to you. The cheese dairy is mobile and will gladly come to your favourite place in a forest, by a lake or in your garden. Or would you like to transform your company premises into a temporary cheese dairy and surprise your team colleagues with a special after-work party?
Apéro, food and the package afterwards
Complete the occasion with a convivial aperitif and/or a fine meal. On request, the mobile cheese dairy will organise an atmospheric forest fondue or other catering. Let us put together a tailor-made culinary supporting programme for you. By the way... after a maturing period of about three months you will receive the self-produced raw milk cheese by post.
