Do you like coffee and spirits? In this workshop you will learn how to create the greatest after-dinner drinks since the classic Irish coffee.

Coffee that's got it in it

A coffee and a digestif can round off a fine meal wonderfully. In this workshop you will learn how to combine both to create the perfect after-dinner drink. From Irish Coffee to Espresso Martini to Coffee Old Fashioned, you will practice the harmonious synthesis of spirit and coffee and learn the necessary tricks to surprise your guests at the next party with extraordinary drinks.

Contents and goals of the workshop

In a theoretical introduction you will learn more about the interaction of coffee and spirits such as vermouth or whisky and various liqueurs. Under the guidance of the professional barista trainer you will then have plenty of time to experiment and taste (also with non-alcoholic alternatives). These are the learning goals at a glance:

  The course location in Bern

  The workshop takes place in Bern in an attractive and optimally equipped course location. Various barista stations with modern coffee machines and grinders are available for you here.
