Building bridges with your team

Leave the office and head into the forest or somewhere else in nature to build a sturdy wooden bridge with your team. A bridge is a powerful symbol: It stands for overcoming divides, for connection and cohesion. The bridge-building workshop is therefore not only suitable for activating your creativity and manual skills, but also for strengthening team spirit. Building bridges together requires optimal communication, an intensive search for solutions, efficient time management and skillful execution.

This is how the workshop works

On arrival, you and your team will be welcomed by the workshop leaders. After a brief explanation of the task ahead, you will form smaller groups of four to five people. Each team receives a material package with wooden slats, saws, ropes and string. The following criteria apply to your bridge:

• The distance to be covered is 4 m.
• The highest point is at least 1 m above the ground.
• The bridge has a railing.
• Two people can walk on the bridge at the same time

Award ceremony, aperitif and culinary program

Finally, each team presents its bridge. This is inspected and checked by the other teams. Have all the criteria been met? And which bridge is the most beautiful? The winning team is chosen over an aperitif, with a delicious snack if desired. You are welcome to round off the day with coffee and cake or a barbecue.
