Baking biscuits in the Christmas bakery
Your team meets by the open fire in the Winter Wonder Bar. We start with mulled wine, mulled cider and hot chestnuts from the fire. Now it's time for the Christmas baking. You cut out five types of biscuits from pre-made dough and decorate them beautifully. While you continue your aperitif, the biscuits are baked for you. The cookie baking part takes about 2.5 hours.
The Christmas dinner
Choose what you would like your Christmas dinner to look like afterwards. Are you in the mood for an aperitif riche with delicious regional specialties? Or would you prefer a raclette or fondue? Raclette or fondue is served with the best cheese from the region, accompanied by delicious homemade side dishes such as pickled vegetables, port wine and onion chutney, spicy bacon, crispy sourdough bread, freshly steamed potatoes and a specially created spice mix. Your Christmas dinner is rounded off with a suitable dessert.
At the end of the evening, all participants will go home with a full cookie box. You will receive the biscuit recipes by e-mail after the event.
