As always at the end of the year, it's time for the annual review. However, as nobody wants to see a PowerPoint presentation after a successful financial year, our Santa Claus is happy to do this for you in a slightly different way.

Praise & Censure

Praise and criticism are delivered humorously at all levels. To avoid having to travel to a dark forest, we bring it with us in a practical way. Some of your employees will be dressed up in Christmas tree costumes to form the forest. We will of course bring the costumes with us.

During a simple mulled wine aperitif, our Santa Claus will review the past year and tell you which employee did what during the year. We will send you a small questionnaire in advance, which you can fill in and return yourself. Whether it's the boss who never washes his cups or the apprentice who is always punctual - Santa Claus knows everything. There's a rod for particularly serious sins and every employee is rewarded for their good work with a Chlausesäckli.

Milk churn fondue for dinner?

On request, we will be happy to organize a milk churn fondue in front of your office or directly in the forest. A fun event for anyone who loves nature and a delicious fondue over the fire.
