In abundance - make your own chocolates and truffles.
If you can't resist this temptation in miniature format, you've come to the right place. With different fillings and combinations, you can make pralines and truffles just the way you like them. As you roll, roll and stamp, you can enjoy the wonderful aroma of chocolate - and at the end you will have around 350 g of finished pralines and truffles to take home with you.

Sweet, sweeter, your taste? Great, then let us fill hollow balls with various ganaches or a fresh almond gianduja - and cover and decorate them with chocolate to top it all off. Twelve of the irresistible specimens, including the recipe, will be yours in the end. Whether for colleagues, friends, family or yourself is entirely up to you.
You decide whether the workshops should take place at your company, at your home or off-site. If required, the course instructor will be happy to help you find a kitchen.
The workshop leader
The workshop leader loves life, nature and the culinary diversity it offers. As a trained chef and confectioner, she enjoys spending her time cooking and creating.
She is particularly fond of sweet themes. She is particularly fond of tinkering with her own chocolate creations as well as various patisserie desserts.
